StoryTalks Radio Hour is a live monthly radio show/podcast of storytellers just like you telling your true stories live on the Zanies stage. What is your story? Everyone has a story and we want to hear it. Expect a wide ranging assortment of people from all walks of life sharing thier humorous, sentimental, dramatic, painful, intrigueing stories. Inspired by the growing rennaissance in storytelling; shows like NPR radio show the moth series www.themoth.org

Each show will be "themed" with our first storytalk theme being "America Listens."
So come share your sports related stories. Playing sports? attending a sporting event?Meeting a sports figure?
Sign up is at 7pm. Storytellers will be drawn from random from the sign up sheet. Each storyteller will have 5 minutes
and will then be critiqued by our honorary panel of judges/enthusiasts. Judges will range from local media, touring comedians, to perhaps even the mayor. Hosted by Comedian Joby Saad (Thou Shalt Laugh, CMT, Bananas, ABC news, www.jobysaad.com
) Storytalks Radio Hour promises to deliver edge on your seat excitement as many find themselves sharing a story that they would normaly never tell.
All are welcome, professional speakers and first timers onstage, this will truly be something different.
The storyteller with the highest score will be announced as the winner. Winners will advance to the Storytalks winners Finals in April.
Showtime is 7:30 pm
If your new to storytelling try to begin in the action with a clear begining, middle, and end in mind. No notes. participants will be asked to sign a waiver release for broadcast but it is not mandatory in order to share your story and the stage.
