Description: About John Crist
John Crist was homeschooled. Most comics make fun of homeschoolers, not Crist. He's always said it was the goodest thing that ever happened to him. Crist's unique brand of stand up comedy comes highly touted as the winner of the 2012 Denver Improv's Got Laughs Competition, winner of the 2012 Loonees Comedy Competition and finalist of the 2012 Comedy Works New Faces Contest. In September of 2012, Crist traveled to the Middle East to perform stand up comedy for the troops stationed in Kuwait.
Son of a preacher and one of eight children, Crist started his comedy career off with a bang at the Laughing Skull Lounge in Atlanta, Georgia. His 13th appearance on stage was
opening for Louie Anderson on the Vegas Strip at his Larger Than Life Comedy Show at the Excalibur Hotel. After performing at Microsoft's Christmas Party at the close of 2011, Crist is now on pace to reach well over 200 shows in 2012.
John Crist’s imaginative, clean comedy makes him a crowd favorite in comedy clubs, corporate events and churches across America. Crist currently lives in Denver, Colorado.
